Agreement

These Terms of Use apply to the RISE RSVP web app operated by RISE Adventures, Inc. By signing in, registering, or browsing signed-in features, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your phone number.

Household members you add must be people you are authorized to register for programs. Guardians manage accounts for minors in their household.

Programs, RSVPs, and waivers

RISE adaptive sports programs listed in the app are free to participants. Space may be limited; RSVPs and waitlists are managed in the app.

Signing these Terms is not the same as signing an activity waiver. Waivers are presented separately in the app, renew on the schedule RISE publishes, and are required before participation.

Program descriptions, times, and locations may change. We will use in-app messages, email, and push notifications when schedule changes affect your RSVP.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to harass staff, participants, or volunteers.
• Attempt to access records or admin tools you are not authorized to use.
• Upload false information, impersonate others, or interfere with app operation.
• Scrape or automate access in ways that burden our systems.

Messages and notifications

When you give us a phone number, we use it to text you one-time sign-in codes. We do not send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. You can manage notification preferences in Account.

Push notifications require browser or device permission and can be turned off in Account or your device settings.

No medical advice

RISE staff and volunteers support recreation and community — they do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment through this app. Share health or accessibility information only to help us plan a safe experience.

In an emergency, call 911 or local emergency services.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Adaptive recreation involves inherent risks. Participation is voluntary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RISE Adventures, Inc. and its staff and volunteers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or participation in programs.

The app is provided "as is." We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. RISE may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or threaten participant safety.

Staff account removal follows RISE role and retention policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes may also be noted during sign-in or registration.
